- The design and production time of customized products is about 5 working days. The clearer the customized content, the easier it is to ship as soon as possible. For questions about customized products, please contact Jeffry@bagetu.com.
- If the logistics is delayed due to force majeure factors such as earthquakes, epidemics, wars, etc., returns and refunds will not be accepted, unless otherwise agreed with the merchant.
